In accordance with the recorded Covenants and Restrictions of the Association, and in order to protect each individual lot owner's rights and values, it is required that any Lot owner who is considering any exterior alterations or improvements (including, but not limited to, addition of a fence, deck, pool, playhouse, or outside building, changes to paint color, or landscaping changes), submit the Architectural Request Approval Form to the Board of Directors prior to initiating work.

Note: Seasonal plantings and replacement of shrubs or trees do not require approval if these are consistent with the character of those being replaced.

Please be aware that if any change is made without prior approval, the Board has the right to tell the homeowner to remove the improvement from his property. Any homeowner considering any exterior addition to his property is urged to review Article VI, Section III of the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions.
